Tom Kelly

Founder of the Bellflower, Calif.-based Kelly and Son the Crazy Painters, started to stripe at the ripe old age of 13 in 1953, Hasn't stopped ever since. He's been creating custom works of art to the likes only he could of imagined. His craft is still progressing even to this day!
